Decisions, decisions, decisions… in this podcast we’re going to explore the obscurity of willpower.

According to the dictionary, willpower is basically defined as:
noun
Control of one's impulses and actions; self-control.

Simply enough, right? But is there something more to this “self-control”? Well, The Game looks at the subject of exercising one’s will a little differently. There are inner conversations you have with yourself all throughout the day. Some of this dialogue is limiting and even self-defeating.
