What Are You Committed To For The New Year?

This holiday season has been great! I hope you enjoyed yours because I did. The New Year is upon us and as I look back at 2014 I won’t deny it’s been a fantastic year.

Before I continue, I just wanted to give a sincere thank you to all my blog readers. Everyone who supported me by purchasing and reading my books or even just chopping it up with a Player, I say thank you.

When I look ahead at 2015 I see even more work ahead. But, it’s work I love. You all have been asking for more Game and I have it coming. In fact, I have to temporarily put my some of my business information on hold because of the demand. You asked so I’m going to deliver.

Coming up first in early 2015 are 2 Audio Lessons. These Lessons are geared toward those you have that have the basics down, but want to further their knowledge. And when I say Game, I’m referring to the Original Game. All Games, by whatever name you want to give them come from the True Original Game.

In one of these Lessons I’m actually going to give you the origin of the Game by actually using the Holy Bible. Some people are going to hate me for that, but if you want to know where you’re going in the Game, you have to know where a lot of these principles and concepts came from. I told you that the Game goes back hundreds of years, and I wasn't joking. And let me say this, no, the Game is not a religion – it’s just a lifestyle. A unique way of looking at the world and the people in it.

Some people think they have this thing figured out; I’m going to prove them wrong.

The Game has to be taught in stages, otherwise you’ll be lost. There isn't a nice way to put it – there’s just too much information to be given all at once. And there are experiences you need to have that will help you “fill in the gaps”. But if you don’t use it, then you aren't entitled to the rewards of it. Everything in life works like that. Do you think a successful athlete becomes successful by just reading books on the subject? No, they practice, they condition themselves and they hone their skills until it’s almost second nature...

You will never be successful at anything unless you actually DO IT! This is life in reality and the honest truth.

Some people feel they need all the information before they start doing something. And I’m here to tell you, you don’t. I've started businesses with no business cards. No business address. No website, no email (those cost big dollars back then). I didn't have easy access to the things that are readily available to you now.

Do you know how much money you had to spend back in the 90’s to get a professional business card designed and printed? And the stationary and the envelopes. Throw in the cost of a computer and software package just to keep track of accounting. Then you still had to market and advertise. I went around all of that and used my mouth piece to get business and to grow my business. And I did it all with basic information and a ridiculously small budget.

You have to recognize what day and time we’re in. When I was growing up we had encyclopedia books to do our homework and the library. Now you can just go online and get information about any and everything. That’s both good and bad because not all the information out there is the correct information. But despite my disadvantages, I didn't let that stop me. Why? Because I knew what I wanted. I didn't wait until my money was right. I didn't wait until all the conditions were right. I looked where I wanted to land and jumped.

Don’t take what I’m saying out of context, I did make some crucial mistakes. I did have some struggles. But what I wanted was more important to me than any problems I faced. I kept going and going and going until I made it. And you have the power to do the same thing.

As you gear up for the upcoming year I want you to make a commitment to yourself. Commit to doing something that will help advance your life. You should want to grow. You should want to be better and do better. It’s not about following and copying someone else, it’s about looking at your life and where you want to be.

Do you even know where you really want to be? If not, then commit yourself to discovering that.

Old thinking and actions will get you the same old results. You already know that, but what are you going to do to change it?
